Rehearsals for Concert Sat 1st May 2010
Here are the details for our event for our concert at St Mary's Church, Church Street, WD3 1JB.

The programme includes the following:
Mozart Symphony no. 25, K. 183, G minor
Scoring: FS 0202 4000 Str
JS Bach Brandenburg concerto no. 4, BWV. 1049, G major
Scoring: FS Str cont: 2 solo Fls & Vln
Beethoven Symphony no. 1, op. 21, C major
Scoring: FS 2222 2200 T Str
The rehearsal schedule is very compact and tight and therefore I have to request that you attend all of the rehearsals if possible (definitely the night before and on the day).
We'll be meeting at the Baptist Church Hall, next to the Watersmeet theatre

Monday 26th April 7.30 - 10.00 pm (Tutti)
Friday 30th 7.30 - 10.00 pm (Tutti)
and Saturday (Tutti) 2.00 - 5.30pm (Tutti) in St Mary's Church.
I'd be grateful if you could confirm your availability to your fixer asap.

In the meantime it would be really good if you could drum up as many concert goers, this will help keep our costs down for next season so we can keep doing exciting repertoire and potentially at a bigger venue if we need one...

PS. In order to fix dates for next season and draw up a clash list, I'd be grateful if you could forward your other orchestras' dates as and when they become available for 2010/2011 season.
